Sistem Kontrol Otomatis Untuk Penimbangan dan Penuangan Bahan Pada Pembuatan Bata Ringan CLC Berbasis Arduino MEGA 2560

Produksi bata ringan Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) semakin populer dalam industri konstruksi karena keunggulannya yang mencakup bobot ringan, isolasi termal yang baik, serta kemudahan pemasangan. Namun, proses penimbangan dan pencampuran bahan secara manual seringkali tidak konsisten, memakan waktu, dan meningkatkan risiko cedera serta biaya produksi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem otomatis yang mampu mengendalikan penimbangan dan penuangan bahan secara presisi dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan "Sistem Kontrol Otomatis untuk Penimbangan dan Penuangan Bahan pada Pembuatan Bata Ringan CLC Berbasis Arduino MEGA". Sistem ini menggunakan load cell sebagai sensor berat untuk penimbangan bahan yang akurat dan motor servo sebagai aktuator untuk penuangan bahan yang tepat. Dengan memanfaatkan Arduino MEGA, sistem ini dapat mengelola berbagai sensor dan aktuator yang diperlukan dalam proses produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem otomatis ini mampu meningkatkan konsistensi kualitas produk dan efisiensi produksi. Pengujian sensor water flow menunjukkan kecepatan aliran rata-rata 52,03 ml/s, sedangkan pengujian load cell menunjukkan rata-rata error 0,42% pada load cell 1 dan 0,5% pada load cell 2, yang masih dalam batas toleransi. Pengujian keseluruhan sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem bekerja sesuai harapan dengan waktu siklus produksi 27 detik. Sistem ini berhasil mengontrol laju aliran air dan membuka-tutup servo berdasarkan pembacaan sensor, sehingga menghasilkan bata ringan dengan komposisi bahan yang tepat.
