Rancang Bangun Sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (Plts) Sebagai Alat Transmisi Tegangan Beban Puncak Rumah Tangga Menggunakan Photocell Sensor Berbasis Internet Of Things (IoT)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) berbasis Internet of Things (IoT), yang dapat secara otomatis mengatur perpindahan aliran arus listrik pada saat beban puncak rumah tangga. Sistem ini menggunakan panel surya 100 Wp yang menghasilkan arus dan tegangan searah (DC), yang kemudian diubah menjadi arus dan tegangan bolak-balik (AC) melalui inverter untuk digunakan pada peralatan rumah tangga. Sensor PhotoCell digunakan sebagai pengalih sumber listrik dari PLN ke PLTS untuk mendeteksi waktu beban puncak secara otomatis. Sistem ini dikendalikan oleh ESP8266 NodeMCU, yang juga mengirimkan data ke platform Blynk IoT dan menampilkannya pada LCD 20x4. Tegangan, arus, dan daya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental, yang melibatkan analisis dan studi menyeluruh tentang kinerja perangkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa panel surya dapat memberikan daya rata-rata 12,5 W, tegangan rata-rata 10,7 V, dan arus 1,2 A per jam dalam kondisi cerah. Total energi radiasi harian panel surya mencapai ±37,9 juta J/m2, yang cukup untuk menopang baterai selama ±12 jam. Sistem ini mampu menyediakan peralihan listrik PLN ke pembangkit listrik tenaga surya selama beban puncak, serta kontrol dan pemeliharaan jarak jauh yang efisien melalui Internet of Things.
