Rancang Bangun Driver Arus Konstan Pada Lampu Light Emitting Diode (LED)

Pencahayaan berbasis Light Emitting Diode (LED) menawarkan efisiensi energi dan umur operasional yang melampaui teknologi pencahayaan terdahulu. Performa dan keandalan lampu LED bergantung pada kestabilan arus listrik yang disuplai oleh rangkaian penggerak (driver). Ketidakstabilan arus dapat mengakibatkan penurunan efisiensi, perubahan warna cahaya, dan memperpendek umur LED , sehingga perancangan driver arus konstan menjadi sebuah kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, merealisasikan, dan menguji performa sebuah prototipe driver arus konstan untuk aplikasi lampu LED 15 watt dengan komponen IC DP9511S. Kinerja prototipe divalidasi dengan acuan standar SNI IEC 62612:2016 dan perbandingan terhadap tiga produk lampu komersial berstandar SNI. Metode penelitian mencakup studi literatur, perancangan skema dan PCB, fabrikasi prototipe, dan serangkaian pengujian selama 1000 jam yang meliputi stabilitas arus, daya tahan siklus pensaklaran, konsumsi daya, serta degradasi intensitas cahaya dan efikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prototipe mampu menjaga arus keluaran pada nilai 0,11 A meskipun tegangan masukan bervariasi. Prototipe dapat bertahan lebih dari 20.000 siklus pensaklaran, dua kali lipat dari batas minimum standar SNI. Efikasi awal tercatat 31.00 Lux/Watt , sebuah angka yang melampaui semua produk pembanding. Penurunan performa jangka panjangnya menunjukkan laju yang sama dengan produk lampu di pasar , membuktikan bahwa driver yang dirancang telah bekerja sesuai fungsinya dan berpotensi untuk aplikasi produksi massal lampu LED. Untuk pengembangan ke depan, direkomendasikan peningkatan intensitas cahaya puncak melalui optimasi pemilihan LED atau penggunaan optik sekunder , serta eksplorasi manajemen termal untuk memperlambat laju degradasi performa jangka panjang
