Rancang Bangun Sistem Pelacakan Pasien Kabur ODGJ Berbasis GPS dan GSM

Gangguan jiwa meningkatkan risiko pasien untuk melarikan diri dan mengalami kondisi yang membahayakan keselamatan dirinya maupun orang lain. Oleh karena itu, pelacakan pasien ODGJ (Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa) secara real-time sangat penting untuk mendukung penanganan cepat dan pencegahan risiko keselamatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem pelacakan pasien ODGJ berbasis teknologi GPS dan GSM yang memungkinkan pemantauan lokasi secara langsung oleh tim medis. Sistem menggunakan modul GPS Ublox NEO-6M untuk memperoleh data koordinat lintang dan bujur dengan akurasi tinggi, serta modul GSM untuk transmisi data lokasi melalui pesan singkat (SMS). Pengujian akurasi dilakukan dengan rentang jarak dari 50 hingga 250 meter yang menghasilkan tingkat kesalahan sangat rendah, antara 0,08% hingga 0,024%, dengan rata-rata pembacaan jarak yang mendekati nilai sebenarnya. Selain itu, pengujian Black Box Testing terhadap fungsi inti sistem seperti inisialisasi, pembacaan data GPS, penghitungan jarak, dan pengiriman SMS menunjukkan kestabilan dan ketiadaan kegagalan operasional. Sistem ini mampu memberikan data lokasi secara tepat dan responsif sehingga memungkinkan intervensi cepat dari petugas pengawas jika pasien melewati batas jarak yang ditetapkan. Pengembangan selanjutnya direkomendasikan untuk fokus pada miniaturisasi perangkat serta pengurangan ketergantungan pada jaringan GSM guna meningkatkan mobilitas dan keandalan sistem di berbagai kondisi lapangan.
