Rancang Bangun Akses Pintu Otomatis Dengan Face Recognition Menggunakan Teachable Machine Berbasis Raspberry Pi

Peningkatan kebutuhan sistem keamanan rumah yang efektif dan ekonomis mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi biometrik sebagai pengganti kunci konvensional yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam aspek identifikasi pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem akses pintu otomatis berbasis face recognition menggunakan Raspberry Pi sebagai pengendali utama yang bekerja secara stand-alone tanpa server eksternal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental dengan integrasi algoritma Haar Cascade untuk deteksi wajah dan model deep learning berbasis Teachable Machine untuk klasifikasi wajah. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan menggunakan parameter precision, false positive, false negative, Intersection over Union (IoU), serta akurasi pengenalan dan penolakan akses. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa tahap deteksi wajah memperoleh nilai precision sebesar 93,33% dengan rata-rata IoU sebesar 0,95 yang mengindikasikan ketepatan tinggi dalam pelokasian wajah. Pada tahap pengenalan, sistem mencapai tingkat keberhasilan 82% untuk wajah terdaftar dan 86% dalam menolak wajah tidak terdaftar. Akurasi keseluruhan sistem berdasarkan matriks konfusi adalah 84%. Pengujian mekanik menunjukkan aktuator solenoid door lock berfungsi dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% dengan mekanisme penguncian otomatis selama 5 detik. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada implementasi model deep learning berbasis Teachable Machine yang dioptimalkan pada perangkat komputasi terbatas (Raspberry Pi) dengan evaluasi kuantitatif terukur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem layak diterapkan pada skala rumah tangga dengan kebutuhan keamanan berbasis biometrik berbiaya rendah.
