Audit Sistem Informasi Pegawai Online (SIPO) Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM)

SIPO merupakan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi dalam suatu jaringan komputer yang mampu menghasilkan informasi kepegawaian Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Pemerintah Kabupaten Tulungagung. Sampai saat ini belum pernah dilakukan audit pada aplikasi SIPO, audit pada SIPO guna penyelenggaraan tata kelola kepegawaian daerah berbasis elektronik yang baik. COBIT 2019 merupakan kerangka kerja tata kelola teknologi informasi yang memiliki standarisasi untuk melakukan penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi. BKPSDM merupakan Perangkat Daerah yang memiliki fungsi perumus kebijaksanaan teknis di bidang kepegawaian serta memberikan layananan penunjang penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Kabupaten di bidang Manajemen Kepegawaian Daerah. Referensi dari laporan tahunan BKPSDM digunakan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan, kinerja manajemen, serta risiko pada perusahaan dalam analisis design factor. Setelah dilakukan analisis, ditemukanlah objektif yang dapat di evaluasi atau di audit yaitu EDM02 - Ensured Benefits Delivery, BAI04 - Managed Availability & Capacity dan BAI11 - Managed Projects. Hasil yang didapat dari evaluasi dengan capability level, EDM02 dan BAI11 berada di level 3 yang menyatakan bahwa proses pencapaian tujuannya sudah terorganisir dengan baik dengan menggunakan aset organisasi, proses ini sudah bisa mendefinisikan dengan baik,. Pada BAI04, berada pada level 5 yang menyatakan bahwa proses ini mencapai tujuannya, mendefinisikan dan meningkatkan kinerjanya baik yang dapat diukur secara kuantitatif serta melakukan perbaikan secara terus-menerus. Capability level objektif dapat ditingkatkan dengan melakukan aktivitas yang belum dilakukan oleh perusahaan sampai dengan mencapai nilai penuh untuk tiap level.
