Impelementasi Pengujian ALPHA dan BETA Testing pada Aplikasi Interpals

Pengujian dilakukan untuk menguji seluruh fungsionalitas aplikasi Interpals dan mengukur tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi yang telah dibangun. Pengujian fungsional aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan metode pengujian alpha, di mana penulis secara langsung menguji dan membandingkan hasil output dari aplikasi Interpals. Apabila hasil yang diperoleh berbeda dengan yang diharapkan, maka fungsionalitas tersebut dianggap gagal dikembangkan. Bedasarkan hasil dari pengujian alpha (blackbox testing) menunjukkan adanya kesalahan fungsional pada beberapa komponen yang diuji. Pengujian beta dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis dengan menyebarkan angket atau kuesioner ke beberapa responden yang akan menggunakan dan memberikan penilaian terhadap aplikasi Interpals. Hasil analisis menunjukkan presentase 69,9% yang menunjukan bahwa aplikasi Interpals layak untuk digunakan.
