Abstract

Berdasarkan peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No 24 tahun 2022, maka setiap praktrik mandiri wajib mereapkan rekam medis elektronik, tidak terkecuali bidan praktik mandiri. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan petugas bidan praktik mandiri di kota Malang, pelayanan rekam medis masih menggunakan kertas dan pelaporan kepada dinas Kesehatan juga masih menggunakan kertas. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik di Bidan Praktik Mandiri di Kota Malang. Metode waterfall yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik. Untuk dapat merancang sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik malang maka dilakukan wawancara kepada pemilik Bidan prakteik Mandiri, petugas dan pasien untuk Analisa kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) analisa kebutuhan pada petugas Kesehatan memerlukan fitur yang lengkap, tampilan yang menarik dan sederhana, sedangkan pasien membutuhkan informasi yang lengkap mengenai hasil pemeriksaan dan informasi tersebut tersimpan lengkap dan rapi pada aplikasi bidan praktik mandiri. (2) Perancangan Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Elektronik diBidan Praktik Mandiri Kota Malang dibuat dengan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) yaitu Use case diagram, Activity diagram, Sequence diagram, dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Kesimpulan penelitian ini aplikasi rekam medis elektronik ini menghasilkan user interface untuk aplikasi rekam medis elektronik pada bidan praktek mandiri di kota Malang
