Dompet Santri Berbasis QR Code Sebagai Alat Transaksi Pembayaran di Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Al-Madinah Tebuireng

Metode Koperasi Pondok Pesantren dengan transaksi manual sering kali terjadi kelalaian pada pencatatan maupun perhitungan keuangan koperasi, disamping itu kurangnya pengawasan uang saku santri yang menyebabkan santri leluasa melakukan transaksi di koperasi. Untuk mencegahnya dibutuhkan sistem yang mencatat transaksi secara otomatis dan sistem yang mampu mengontrol keuangan santri selama 24 jam. Oleh karena itu, sistem dompet santri berbasis QR code di koperasi pondok pesantren merupakan solusi untuk mengurangi masalah yang telah diuraikan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Preliminary Field Testing (uji coba awal lapangan), yang mencakup metode pengumpulan data, penerapan teknologi QR code, dan pembangunan perangkat lunak berbasis mobile. Proses penelitian dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan, mulai dari pendahuluan yang membahas latar belakang masalah hingga tinjauan pustaka, analisis dan perancangan sistem, implementasi serta pengujian sistem, dan diakhiri dengan kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil implementasi aplikasi di Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Al-Madinah Tebuireng menunjukkan bahwa kasir koperasi dimudahkan dengan adanya pencatatan otomatis dari sistem dompet santri, yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. Selain itu, para santri juga dapat lebih mudah mengelola keuangan mereka dengan adanya fitur dompet santri.Berdasarkan tes kelayakan aplikasi dari kuesioner yang diperoleh peneliti mendapatkan skor 42,5 yang berarti 85% “Sangat Baik” dan dapat dijadikan referensi.
