Optimasi User experience Pada Platform Website Pemuda Sabilul Khoir Menggunakan Analisis Heatmap

User experience (UX) merupakan elemen krusial dalam pengembangan website, mencakup seluruh aspek interaksi pengguna, mulai dari tampilan antarmuka hingga kenyamanan dalam menjelajahi situs. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan UX pada website Pemuda Sabilul Khoir melalui analisis heatmap dengan menggunakan alat bantu Hotjar. Pemilihan website ini didasarkan pada minimnya evaluasi berbasis data selama pengembangannya, yang menyebabkan perbaikan selama ini hanya didasarkan pada asumsi. Analisis heatmap berfungsi untuk memvisualisasikan area interaksi pengguna seperti bagian yang sering diklik, digulir, maupun diabaikan. Hasil analisis membantu mengidentifikasi kelemahan desain antarmuka dan elemen yang kurang optimal. Dengan menggunakan Hotjar, peneliti dapat mengevaluasi efektivitas Call to Action (CTA), struktur konten, serta navigasi situs berdasarkan perilaku pengguna secara langsung. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis data melalui heatmap efektif dalam mengarahkan perbaikan UX yang lebih tepat sasaran. Perubahan desain yang dilakukan berdasarkan data interaksi pengguna mampu meningkatkan kenyamanan dan partisipasi pengguna. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan website Pemuda Sabilul Khoir sebagai media informasi dan komunikasi yang lebih efektif, fungsional, serta mudah diakses sesuai kebutuhan pengguna.
