Modul Trainer Binary Weighted dan R2R Ladder untuk Praktikum Elektronika Digital

Konversi data digital ke analog merupakan salah satu aspek fundamental dalam sistem elektronika modern, terutama dalam komunikasi, pemrosesan sinyal, dan instrumentasi. Digital to Analog Converter (DAC) menjadi komponen kunci dalam berbagai aplikasi, mulai dari sistem audio hingga kendali industri. Dalam ranah akademik, pemahaman tentang DAC sangat penting bagi mahasiswa teknik elektronika dan bidang terkait guna memahami bagaimana sinyal digital dapat diubah menjadi bentuk analog yang dapat digunakan dalam berbagai aplikasi.Namun, dalam proses pembelajaran, di laboratorium mengalami keterbatasan dalam menyediakan perangkat praktik yang memadai, terutama untuk memahami prinsip kerja dua jenis DAC yang umum digunakan, yaitu Binary weighted DAC dan R-2R Ladder DAC. Ketiadaan modul trainer yang sistematis dan mudah digunakan, sering kali menyebabkan mahasiswa kesulitan dalam memahami konsep dasar konversi digital ke analog secara praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat modul trainer DAC berbasis metode Binary weighted dan R-2R Ladder yang dapat digunakan dalam praktikum Elektronika Digital, serta menganalisis performanya dalam hal akurasi, linearitas, dan kestabilan keluaran. Hasil pengujian kedua modul,didapatkan nilai selisih output antara BWR dan R2R Ladder adalah 0 sampai dengan 0,06 V dengan rata-rata selisih outputnya adalah 0,028 V. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan hasil sesuai dengan prinsip kerja dan teori BWR dan R2R Ladder, sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi dan solusi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif terutama untuk mata kuliah praktikum elektronika digital serta meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang proses Digital to Analog Converter (DAC).
