Navigasi udara merupakan kegiatan untuk memandu atau mengarahkan transportasi udara dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain agar tidak keluar dari jalurnya. peralatan navigasi yang diperlukan dan memiliki kemampuan yang tidak terbatas (kontinu) untuk memandu pesawat menuju bandara adalah DVOR. DVOR merupakan alat bantu atau fasilitas navigasi penerbangan yang mampu memancarkan sinyal radio gabungan, termasuk kode morse dan data yang dapat memungkinkan peralatan receiver pada pesawat memeproleh magnetic bearing dari station ke pesawat terbang yang menggunakan frekuensi karena adanya efek doppler. DVOR ini beroperasi dengan maksud untuk memberikan informasi azimuth atau arah pesawat terhadap ground station kepada penerbang.Downloads
