Sistem Aplikasi Absensi Menggunakan Geolocation dan Rekapitulasi Lembur Guru Pada Dinsa Daycare Berbasis Web

Sistem Aplikasi Absensi dengan Geolocation dan Rekapitulasi Lembur Guru pada Dinsa Daycare Berbasis Web dimaksudkan untuk mengatasi masalah pencatatan kehadiran dan lembur guru yang masih dilakukan secara manual, yang menyebabkan kesalahan, kehilangan data, dan ketidakefisienan. Menggunakan teknologi geolocation, sistem ini bertujuan untuk mengotomatisasi proses absensi dengan validasi lokasi secara real-time dan merekapitulasi data lembur secara terstruktur. Metode Extreme Programming (XP) digunakan untuk pembuatan sistem, yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, desain, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Sistem ini, yang dibangun dengan PHP Native dan MySQL. Sistem ini memiliki tiga aktor utama yaitu guru, admin, dan owner. Antarmuka pengguna yang disesuaikan berdasarkan akses fitur seperti pencatatan absensi, pengelolaan data anak dan guru, pengajuan izin, rekapitulasi kehadiran dan lembur, dan ekspor laporan ke Excel. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan penurunan yang signifikan dalam kesalahan pencatatan, peningkatan efisiensi administrasi, dan kecepatan proses rekapitulasi yang lebih besar. Hasil ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pemangku kepentingan dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan akses ke data dalam waktu nyata.
