Evaluasi Usability Sistem Informasi Perguruan Tinggi Berbasis Web Menggunakan Pendekatan Kombinasi System Usability Scale Dan Heuristic Evaluation

User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) merupakan faktor krusial dalam menentukan keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi. Banyak sistem yang secara fungsional berjalan dengan baik namun mengalami kegagalan adopsi akibat desain antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi kualitas UI/UX pada sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Heuristic Evaluation Nielsen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 50 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata SUS sebesar 78,6 yang termasuk dalam kategori “Good” dengan grade B. Evaluasi heuristik mengidentifikasi beberapa permasalahan pada aspek user control dan error prevention. Rekomendasi perbaikan difokuskan pada penyederhanaan navigasi, peningkatan feedback sistem, dan optimalisasi desain responsif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis user-centered design guna meningkatkan kualitas interaksi dan kepuasan pengguna.
