JOURNAL WRITING INSTRUCTIONS
General requirements. The manuscript must be an original writing regarding the results of research activities in the field of informatics engineering. The manuscript has never been published in a national scientific journal. Manuscripts must follow the format specified in this journal.
General Requirements for Manuscript Writing
Guidelines for the author of the manuscript can be described as follows.
1. The manuscript is written in Indonesian or English with the font Times New Roman 11 with 1 space, two-column format, using A4 paper size, 3 cm left and top borders, 2 cm bottom and right edges.
2. The length of scientific manuscripts including pictures, graphs or tables (if any) is a maximum of 10 pages.
3. Terms in foreign languages or regional languages in the text are written in italics (italic).
4. Literature review is not included as part of the structure of the article. Thus, references that are considered important can be placed in the introduction, the experimental method or in the discussion. Citation of the literature in the discussion as necessary and what is more important is the discussion of the results of data analysis that were found by themselves.
5. Manuscripts are sent through the website www.jurnalteknik.unisla.ac.id/ojs after going through the registration process (register), and logging in on the website above. For those who do not submit via www.jurnalteknik.unisla.ac.id/ojs, the system cannot process them.
6. The incoming manuscripts will be selected by the system and will be forwarded to the reviewer (bestari partner) in accordance with the informatics technique.
7. Manuscripts that have been reviewed by reviewers (bestari partners) will be returned to the author if improvements are needed according to the reviewer. After the authors make improvements in accordance with the reviewers' input and assessment, they are sent back by the author.
8. Manuscripts that have been revised by the author will be reviewed again by bestari partners, if bestari partners recommend that they are fit for publication, the manuscript will be published online. If the bestari partner states that improvements are still needed, the manuscript will be sent back to the author for revision again.
