Analisis Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk Adopsi E-Counseling

Pendidikan memiliki peran besar dalam membangun kemajuan bangsa. Pendidikan tidak hanya memiliki tanggung jawab dalam memberikan pengetahuan kognitif saja, melainkan harus membangun moral/kepribadian dari setiap peserta didiknya, oleh karena itu praktik psikologi yang dilaksanakan oleh guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) sangat dibutuhkan. Namun pada praktiknya terdapat beberapa kendala yang diakibatkan karena praktik bimbingan konseling masih menerapkan metode lama yaitu penyebaran kuisioner secara manual. Seiring berkembangannya teknologi, praktik BK mulai bergeser dengan memanfaatkan teknologi seperti dalam mendiagnostik kebutuhan peserta didik atau disebut dengan e-counseling. Terdapat berbagai teori tentang hubungan pergeseran penggunaa teknologi, tetapi masih terdapat research gap pada penentuan teori yang mendasar. Sehingga penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat guru bimbingan konseling dan peserta didik dalam menggunakan e-counseling serta mengetahui hubungan masing-masing faktor. Pengembangkan model teoritis menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan kuesioner, prosedur sampling, analisis data, dan interpretasi hasil, kemudian perumusan kesimpulan. Analisis dilakukan dengan mencari factor analysis, reliability test, dan mencari nilai cronbach alpha, data diimput dalam model teoritis dan dianalisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi AMOS. Hasil yang didapat menjelaskan bahwa semua faktor mempengaruhi minat guru BK dan peserta didik dalam menggunakan e-counseling dan masing-masing faktor mendapatkan tingkat pengaruh yang signifikan.
