Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi KostLife Berbasis Mobile Menggunakan Μetode Design Thinking

Aplikasi KostLife dikembangkan sebagai solusi digital untuk menyederhanakan pencarian tempat kost dan layanan pendukung bagi mahasiswa dan pekerja kost. Banyak pengguna menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengakses layanan seperti catering, antar jemput, jasa bersih-bersih, serta informasi kost yang akurat dan terpercaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) aplikasi KostLife berbasis mobile dengan menerapkan metode Design Thinking, yang terdiri dari lima tahap: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing. Proses dimulai dari wawancara pengguna untuk menggali kebutuhan, merumuskan permasalahan utama, merancang ide solusi melalui sketsa wireframe, membangun prototype interaktif, hingga pengujian usability dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan skor SUS sebesar 90 (kategori Best Imaginable, Grade A), yang menunjukkan bahwa rancangan UI/UX KostLife diterima dengan sangat baik dan memudahkan pengguna dalam mengakses fitur utama. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan lanjutan aplikasi layanan kost berbasis kebutuhan nyata pengguna.
